Susanne works on Friday afternoons for lunch and also in Enrichment. She occasionally is a substitute teacher during the year.
She holds a Liberal Arts degree from Rowan University. Susanne worked at The New York Times for 19 years in the Strategic Planning, Financial Services, Production and Advertising Departments.
She volunteered extensively in the Norwalk School system which included being the Enrichment Coordinator at Rowayton Elementary and Roton Middle Schools and Assisted the Brien McMahon High School Art Department teachers with field trips and fundraisers.

She also spearheaded the first recycling program at Rowayton Elementary School. Susanne coached Odyssey of the Mind teams for many years- an international program that teaches students ranging from kindergarten through college how to solve a problem using creative solutions and working as a team.
Susanne was born in Sweden and visits her family often. She lives in Norwalk with her husband Thomas and their three dachshunds. Their daughters Liv and Emma attend college and are both graduates of Five Mile River Nursery School.
She enjoys the arts, gardening, theatre, music and traveling.
