Rachana is excited to join FMRNS in the Two’s classroom, where she is all about creating a nurturing, engaging and inclusive environment for young children to grow. She comes to us with over 5 years of experience at a NAEYC accredited center. She believes in the power of play and hands-on learning to foster curiosity, independence, and social-emotional growth in children.

In addition to fostering a meaningful learning experience, Rachana also believes in a strong partnership between teachers and parents and recognizes that a collaborative approach is key to a child’s success.

Aside from working with children, Rachana enjoys gardening, cooking, reading and most of all spending quality time with her 2 year-old and husband.
