Angela Silano

Angela is very excited this year to join the 2’s teaching team and teach the Rowayton Station class with Miss Emily. Angela has taught 2’s and 3’s for almost a decade at an NAEYC preschool in Westport, leading a Reggio inspired classroom.

She loves teaching young children and delights in experiencing that first “AHA” moment with them. Angela graduated Magna Cum Laude from Charter Oak State College and holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education. She has continued her love of learning and recently obtained a certificate in Administrative Leadership from Norwalk Community College.
Angela lives in Norwalk with her husband Victor and has two children. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, reading, and taking walks with friends. A favorite quote of her’s is taken from Albert Einstein, “Imagination is more important than knowledge.”
